WCHS Homecoming Court Announced

Warren County is proud to announce the candidates for Homecoming king and queen for 2011.  Six ladies and six gentlemen have been chosen to the court and the king and queen will be voted on this week by the student body.



Briuana Franklin

 Briuana Franklin: Miss Briuana Shynece Franklin is the daughter of Fredda Bradshaw and Bernice Bradshaw Neal.  Miss Franklin serves as the captain of the cheerleading squad, a basketball team manager, and a member of FFA, 4-H, and the Key Club.  Briuana's interests include shopping and spending time with family and friends.  Her future plans include attending Clayton State where she intends to become a medical assistant.  Miss Neal's favorite quote is, "If the Lord is with me, who can be against me."


Shaveria Hall



Shaveria Hall:  Miss Shaveria Anquoinetta Hall is the lovely daughter of Debra Wilson.  She is a member of FFA,4-H, ETS, and has played on the softball team.  After graduating from high school, she plans to attend West Georgia to major in nursing and become an RN.  Her motto is “The way is not the sky but in the heart.”

Koresca Wilson

 Koresca Wilson:  Koresca is the daughter of Quoriodus Burnett and Kowinski Wilson and the god daughter of Anita and Eddie Sturgis. She is a member of the class of 2013. After graduating from high school she plans to attend college to pursue a degree in dentistry. Her motto is “believing is seeing.” Miss Wilson enjoys spending her extra time with her loved ones. Koresca Wilson is a bright girl who always gives her best in everything that she is involved in.  Miss Wilson is an active participate in the school band and ETS programs.

Sakesia Yarbraugh:  Sakesia Quanisha Yarbrough is the lovely daughter of Rachelle Hayman and Henry Yarbrough. She is a member of the cheerleading squad, band, FFA, track, and key club.  After graduating from high school, she plans to attend college and major in biology. Miss Yarbraugh enjoys singing, talking, shopping, and hanging out with family and friends and her favorite saying is, "Don’t bring others down because of your lack of happiness."

Brionna Johnson

Brionna Johnson:  Miss Brionna Alexus Johnson is 15 yrs. of age, and currently a sophomore attending Warren County High School. Miss Johnson is the lovely daughter of Maurice and Jackie Johnson. She is a member of FFA, the girls JV basketball team, track, and softball. Upon graduating from high school, Brionna’s future plans are to enter the medical profession and to become a radiologist, physical therapist, or a speech therapist. Her motto is: “To understand everything is to forgive everything”.





Kemisha Cowins

Kemisha Cowins:  Miss Kemisha Nicole Cowins is 15 yrs of age, and currently a sophomore attending Warren County High School. Miss Cowins is the beautiful daughter of Annie Kate Cowins.  She is a member of FFA.  Kemisha’s future plans are to graduate from high school, attend college, and make her mother proud. Her motto is:”You can accomplish anything as long you put your mind to it”.


Ed'Ricus Williams



Ed'Ricus Williams: Ed’Ricus Jermaine Williams is the charming son of Vera Williams and Curtis Williams, Sr. He’s a 17 year old senior in the class of 2012. He is a member the football, basketball, track, and baseball teams. He’s also active in 4-H, FFA, FCA, Soccer Club, and Salsa Club. His hobbies include playing sports and playing drums at church. His future plans include attending college on an athletic scholarship to play colligate football, basketball, or track,  He plans to major in mass communications with a minor in music. His motto is “If God is with you, who can be against you?”



Jabari Wilson



Jabari Wilson:  Jabari Wilson is the son of Valerie Moss and Alfonso Moss. He’s an 18 year old senior in the class of 2012. Jabari a member of the football, basketball, and track teams. His hobbies include talking on the phone and watching ESPN and other sports channels. His future plans include playing football or enlisting in the navy. His motto is “Change your thoughts and change your world."

Cortez Wentz



Cortez Wentz:  Cortez Anthony Wentz is the son of Linda and Cortez Wentz. He is a member of the football team and the baseball team. After graduating from high school, he plans to attend college on a football scholarship and major in physical therapy. Cortez enjoys playing with his brothers, listening to music, and watching sports on TV with his father. His favorite quote is, "Whether you think you can or think you can't, you are absolutely right."

Brantavius Beausejour

Brantavius Beausejour:  Brantavius Beausejour is the son of Mrs. Betty Beausejour. His favorite hobby is rapping. He is a member of the WCHS Football Team, Screaming Devils Band and FFA.  He is currently a sophomore and has made up his mind to join the United States Air Force after graduating from high school.

Jonathan Hall

Jonathan Hall:  Jonathan Hall is the son of Mr. Emmet Hall Sr. and Mrs. Erica Hall. Jonathan is a sophomore who enjoys talking on the phone and playing video games, he is also a member of FFA. After graduating and attending college his goal is to become a game developer. His motto is, "Great hope makes great men."
