WCMS Wins Home Opener

The Warren County Middle School Screaming Devils took center stage at Albert J. Massey Field against Glascock County Wednesday afternoon for their first home game of the 2011 season.  The Devil's first game of the season against Louisville was cancelled when wheather forced a halt to the game in the 2nd quarter with Warren County down by 8 but threatening to score with the ball at the Louisville 1 yard line.

Warren County jumped to an early lead in the first quarter and never looked back as they defeated the Panthers by the score of 33-6.  Leading rushers for Warren County were Timothy Seals, Jakobian Jones, and Jakobian Hart.
