Javoris Wilburn, a senior at Warren County High School, found out Monday that his football career will not end with the final game of the 2011 season on Albert J. Massey Field. Wilburn committed to play for Albany State in exchange for a full scholarship and is expected to quickly become a factor for the Rams on the offensive and defensive line.
Wilburn knew from his first visit to Albany that he was destined to be a Ram. When asked what led him to decide to attend Albany State over several other offers, Wilburn stated, "I just felt at home with the coaching staff and the school environment." Javoris looks forward to continuing his learning while playing hard for the Rams.
