The Warren County Middle School Screaming Devils were in action Thursday night against the Bulldogs of Hancock Central. The Screaming Devils were looking to rebound from their twenty point loss to Washington County the night before.
Warren County jumped out to an early lead in the first quarter and posted nine points before the Bulldogs scored their first. Hancock Central then went on a scoring spree of their own to tie the game at 9-9. The first quarter ended with the score tied at 14-14.
The second quarter proved to be a defensive battle. Both 
The Devils came out of the locker room inspired by the halftime talk by Coach Rhodes. Warren County gave up only two points in the third quarter and took an eight point lead into the fourth quarter by a score of 32-24. The final period saw the Screaming Devils extend their lead and go on to win by a score of 43-32.
The Middle School Devils play their last game of the season Monday night against Jefferson County.
